Privacy Policy

The 30-Day Challenge, by UGC University

This policy explains what information UGC University (operated by Max Goodrich, "we", "us", "our") collects when you visit this site or join the 30-Day Challenge (the "Program"), and how we use it. By using this site or purchasing the Program, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect.

(a) Information you give us directly: your name, email address, and Instagram handle if you interact with our social posts or DMs; payment information when you purchase the Program (processed by Whop, see below, we do not store your full card details); and anything you send us directly, like support emails or messages in the community.

(b) Information collected automatically: standard technical data like IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through this website and, if you arrive here through a paid ad, potentially through advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google under their own privacy policies.

(c) Information from third-party tools we use: if you comment a keyword on one of our social posts or message us on Instagram, our automation tool (ManyChat) collects your Instagram profile information and any email address you provide through that flow, so we can send you the relevant link or content.

2. How We Use Your Information. We use the information above to: (a) give you access to the Program and the Whop community once you purchase; (b) process payment and manage your Payment Plan if applicable; (c) send you updates about the Program, the challenge community, and other UGC University offers; (d) run and measure the performance of our ads and posts; and (e) respond to your questions or support requests.

3. Who We Share It With. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services that help us run the Program:

(a) Whop, which handles checkout, payment processing, and hosts the Program and community. Whop's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment and account data.

(b) ManyChat, which powers our Instagram comment-to-DM automation.

(c) Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google), which may collect data about how you found and interacted with this site, for ad measurement purposes.

(d) Anyone we're required to share it with by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of UGC University's business.

4. Cookies. This site may use cookies or similar technology to remember your preferences and to measure how visitors use the site and respond to ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you disable them.

5. Data Retention. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Program, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails or DMs at any time using the link or instructions provided in those messages. To make a request, email support@ugc-university.com.

7. Children. The Program is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.

8. International Users. UGC University operates out of British Columbia, Canada, but most Program participants are based in the United States, and the third-party services we use (Whop, ManyChat, advertising platforms) may process and store your information in the United States or elsewhere. By using the Program, you consent to this transfer and processing.

9. Changes to This Policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

10. Contact. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to support@ugc-university.com.
